As a company we take remodeling very seriously. Our company has been in business for over 20 years. As the owner of the company, I have over 30 years experience in the construction industry and 8 years as a Licensed Home Inspector. I only utilize highly qualified personnel who excel in their field of expertise and are dedicated to quality workmanship. I would never put anyone to work on your house that I would not feel comfortable working on mine.
I know and understand the importance of customer service. I visit each job site on a regular basis, and am available to discuss any questions or concerns with you. Our goal is to provide each of our clients with superior materials and workmanship at an affordable price.
Our Remodeling Process
1: Site Visit and Customer's Needs Analysis
It is important to know the Customer's Specific Needs and Specifications prior to estimating any job. Each job is different just as each customer's needs are different.
2: Estimating Materials and Resources
A written estimate is provided for each job based on the customer's specific needs. Quality materials and personnel are identified to meet or exceed the customer's expectations..
3: Bid Review
A client meeting will be set to go over the proposal, verifying what we are proposing is what the client really wants. If changes need to be made this is the best time to do so prior to the beginning of the project. Once all changes have been made, and we are in agreement on specifications, materials, and cost then a signed contract will be executed.
4: Project Implementation
This stage contains many aspects
- Site Preparation
- Material Acquisition
- Labor personnel assignment
- Meeting with labor personnel to go over
- plan and client expectations
- Project begins
5: Monitoring Progress and In Process Inspections
Monitoring Progress and In Process Inspections will be performed throughout the project. Client's needs and expectations are reviewed throughout to ensure that they are being met or exceeded.
6: Project Completion
Project completion will consist of clean up, a walk through inspection with client, and performance of any punch out work as defined by customer.
7: Final Inspection and Settlement of Invoice
A final inspection and verification that all of the customer's needs and expectations have been met or exceeded will be performed. A final invoice will be submitted to client for payment.
