Tape, Bed, and Texture

Drywall repair and installation is a process that involves many steps. The first step is to use tape to cover cracks and seams in the drywall. The tape is soaked in a “mud” mixture, then applied to the seams while still wet in a process known as “bedding”. After the taping and bedding, more mud is added and smoothed out before the final wall texture is applied. Only then is the drywall ready to be painted. Our craftsmen will do the job well from start to finish, and always clean up behind themselves when they’re done.
