40×60 ft. Insulated Metal Shop Building with 12 ft. high plate line with 2 large overhead doors for access thru either side. This building was constructed using Heavy Gauge Square Tubing and Premium R Panels. Building is insulated which makes a huge difference on those “Hot Summer Days” we have here in Texas. We built a 20×40 ft. living area inside of the shop with central heat and air a full bath and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a living room.
