Pool Inspections

Wood Destroying Insect Reports (WDI Reports)

A Texas WDI Report is required any time a house is sold. Our skilled inspectors will provide you with an official copy of this report which checks for the presence of termites and other wood-destroying insects, as well as conditions that could make the house more vulnerable to an infestation. Sometimes the presence of insects can be hard to detect, but we know where they hide, so we know exactly where to look for signs.
